We have developed quality testing unit in our premise in order to conduct regular and stringent quality testing at each stage of production process. Apropos to our quality control policy, a quality manual has been developed and checklists, standards, sampling plan, acceptance criteria and process specific requirements have been disseminated across the different departments to ascertain effective implementation of quality standards.

More so, systematic flow of products has been guaranteed to ensure accountability of respective departments. Further, the quality control policy has clearly defined the responsibilities of each and every employee.

Quality Compliance

For this, we have established a quality testing unit in our premise in order to conduct regular and stringent quality testing at each stage of production process. Our quality controllers check each Braided Rug, Mat, Cushion Braided Dori, etc. on well defined parameters to ensure best quality of final products. The quality testing is based on the following areas:

• Initial inspection of raw material
• Random checking during production process
• Checking of home furnishings on well defined parameters like color fastness, shrinkage, length, design

Manufacturing Unit

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is fitted with all the required amenities that are necessary for the producing or designing of defect free range of home furnishings. With the support of our technically upgraded machinery and equipment we are able to execute our orders on time. Some of the major machines, which are installed in our unit:

• Single needle machines
• Cutting machine
• Finishing machine

Further, we have well equipped in-house design unit with CAD / CAM software that are essential for designing excellent Braided Rug, Mat and Cushion Braided Dori. Moreover, by supporting the wide transportation network, our manufacturing unit enables us to deliver our consignment within notice period.
